We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ninja Parkour Coach to join our dynamic fitness and training team. As a Ninja Parkour Coach, you will be responsible for teaching individuals of all ages and skill levels the fundamentals and advanced techniques of parkour, with a focus on ninja-style agility, strength, and movement. You will design and lead engaging training sessions that promote physical fitness, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parkour, gymnastics, martial arts, or related disciplines, and a passion for helping others achieve their physical goals. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, creativity in designing obstacle courses, and the ability to motivate and inspire students. Experience working with children and teens is a plus, as many of our clients are young aspiring ninjas.
Your role will include assessing individual skill levels, creating personalized training plans, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during training. You will also be expected to maintain equipment, contribute to the development of new training programs, and participate in community events and competitions.
